BIOGRAPHY

Laurie Jolley is an artist who is a 6th generation native of the Bitterroot Valley. She grew up in the shadow of her grandmother, Helen Strange, a popular Bitterroot landscape oil artist. Laurie lives in Victor and likes all art media; she is especially is drawn to the beauty of our Valley, whether it be animal, plant, landscape, or buildings. She strives to emulate God's beauty in everything she does. "The sincerest form of praise that mediocrity can pay to greatness is imitation."​Laurie is married to an amazing man, Ted, and together they have 4 wonderful grown biological children, 1 grown foreign exchange daughter, and 18 grandchildren.
